Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Rasim Tuğberk İnci ("Nowambee", "we", "us") for your use of the Nowambee app and website (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Nowambee.

Who can use Nowambee

You must be at least 16 years old to use Nowambee. By using the service you confirm you meet this age and that you can form a binding agreement with us.

Your account

You're responsible for the information you provide and for activity on your account. Please:

• give accurate sign-up details and keep them current;
• keep your login secure and don't share it;
• tell us promptly if you think someone else is using your account.

You may delete your account at any time from the app. See the privacy policy for how deletion is handled.

Acceptable use

Nowambee is a calm, respectful space, and we have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, bully or hate-speech anyone;
• post sexual content involving minors, or any illegal content;
• impersonate others or misrepresent who you are;
• spam, scam, phish or send unsolicited promotions;
• share someone's private information without consent;
• use the service for dating-style solicitation, paid companionship, or other purposes it isn't built for;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or try to break or abuse the service;
• upload malware or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

Breaking these rules can lead to content removal, suspension, or removal of your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the moments, messages, photos and other content you create. To run the service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display and deliver your content to the people you share it with, and to make the operational copies needed to do that. This licence ends when your content or account is deleted, except for content others have already received (for example, a message they've saved) and copies we must keep for legal reasons.

You're responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the rights to share it.

Safety & moderation

You can block or report anyone in the app. We review reports and may remove content or take action on accounts that break these terms. We may use automated and human review to keep the community safe. We don't promise to catch everything, and using the service means accepting that other people's behaviour is outside our control.

Suspension & ending your use

You can stop using Nowambee and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if needed to protect people or the service, or if required by law. Where reasonable and lawful, we'll let you know.

Disclaimers

Nowambee is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable and safe, but we don't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every expectation. Connections and conversations are between people; we're not responsible for what other users say or do.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Rasim Tuğberk İnci is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that can't be limited under the law that applies to you.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms over time. If we make a significant change, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Nowambee after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Türkiye, except where the law that protects you as a consumer gives you other rights.
